We use your data to reply to enquiries, notify you about products you asked to hear about, assess job applications, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Our legal bases are your consent (forms, applications, analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and file storage), Turso (database), Google Workspace (email), and Google Analytics (analytics). They process data only on our instructions.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@xrtificial.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

xrtificial.com is not directed at children. Any product we build for families, such as XRBloom, will require verifiable parental consent and will be covered by its own dedicated privacy policy.
